If you have already registered, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice as it gets closer to the actual date of the Congress.

Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to fiplv2012@sukol.fi. We regret that the prepayment cannot be refunded for cancellations received after 15 May 2012.

The organizers reserve the right to alter the programme if and as is deemed necessary.

Hotel Reservations

The congress fee does not include a hotel room and breakfast. The Congress Committee does not handle any hotel reservations or cancellations. Search for hotels in Helsinki e. g. on Hotels.com.

The FIPLV and/or its agents have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or to cancel, without prior notice, the congress or any of the arrangements, time tables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the FIPLV. The FIPLV and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
